Security Database
CLEARSCREEN — Security Database is an internal and public Security Screen for issued, registered and published instruments. The Database contains a list of the instruments issued by IMPERIAL Banking Group (Group members), as well as instruments issued by other Banks, Financial Institutions and Corporations. The forms of the published instruments are various: MTNs/Bonds, Bills of Exchange, Promissory Notes, Bank Guarantees / SBLC, Stock Certificates, Bankers Drafts, etc.

Operative IT office in Germany; data stored and controlled at several key locations for redundant, continuous operation.

Publication in online secured connection mode; each record verifiable by its ISIN.

What the Database publishes
MTN's / Bonds
Medium-term notes and bonds — debt securities issued for a defined term and identified by ISIN.
Bills of Exchange
Written orders binding one party to pay a fixed sum to another, on demand or at a set date.
Promissory Notes
Unconditional written promises by the issuer to pay a determined sum on a set date.
Bank Guarantees / SBLC
Undertakings to honour payment should the applicant fail to perform, including standby letters of credit.
Stock Certificates
Certificates evidencing registered ownership of shares in a company.
Bankers Drafts
Payment instruments drawn by an institution on itself, payable to a named party.

Records held to an institutional standard
The Security Database operates as the Group’s security screen, in the manner of established clearing screens. Data is stored and controlled at several key locations to create a redundant operation, so the Database remains available at all times. Movement of securities and assets is ordered and completed only at the request and order of the client, and bearer-form instruments can be delivered by bonded courier within a normal timeframe.

All instruments issued by one of the IMPERIAL Banking Group members can be offered to potential clients ONLY by our Legal Representatives and/or our office. If any offer comes from a private person or Company who is not authorized by us or does not have the history of the instrument, please immediately report the violation to the authorities for legal action / prosecution.
